    Description

    Nice bit of Philmont History.  1968 is the year that the staff from the National Instructor Training Program moved from the valley floor of the Rayado to the Mesa top.
    That staff is till together and have been gathering with reunions quite often.  This was the 50th celebration of that move and more than 40 members came together in fellowship at the Ranch.
